Leonor Posada Wells
Practice Administrator
“Leo” is the leader of our team and an important resource for all patients. From your initial consultation all the way to your one-year post op photos, she will work with you through the entire process to ensure the practice has met all your expectations both with post-operative results as well as customer service and patient care. A Miami native who has spent most of her life in South Tampa, Leo is an alumnus of both the University of South Florida and the Academy of Holy Names.

She has an extensive background in customer service, sales and technology, and has been with Farrior Facial Plastic Surgery since 2000. As practice administrator, she oversees all aspects of running the practice from patient and employee related functions, to compliance, to business operations. Leo is also an active “Big Sister” mentor through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America program as well as a member of the Organization of Facial Plastic Surgery Assistants (OFPSA), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and National Notary Association (NNA).
Erin Rabelo
R.N., B.S.N.
Erin’s compassion makes her an exceptional nurse. You’ll see Erin at your first consultation and all throughout your transformative journey, including pre-operative education, operating room assistance to Dr. Farrior, post-operative care and follow up. A Florida native, Erin attended the University of Florida, College of Nursing. In 2004, she joined Dr. Farrior as his Clinical Director, supervising all medical and surgical aspects of the practice.

She also assists with behind-the-scenes needs including risk management, and accreditations. Erin’s compassion coupled with over 14 years of working closely with Dr. Farrior is a great asset to the practice and patients alike. Outside of the practice, Erin loves spending time with her family. She and her husband Mike have two beautiful daughters, Sofia and Brooklyn.
Samantha Flynn
R.N., B.S.N.
A convivial caregiver, Samantha works with you before and after the procedure to ensure you understand important pre-operative and post-operative requirements. She is extremely qualified to do so; after graduating from the University of South Florida's Bachelors in Nursing Program, Samantha worked in the healthcare and nursing field for over seven years with a special emphasis in Emergency Medicine.

Here at Farrior Facial Plastic Surgery, Samantha skillfully assists during surgical procedures as well as in the recovery room. When she’s not at work, Samantha enjoys traveling, attending shows, caring for her two dogs and especially planning her upcoming wedding.
Jennifer Sultenfuss
M.S.N., A.R.N.P.-C.
Elizabeth Lyford is our Registered Nurse.
If your goal is to achieve and maintain beautiful skin, you’ll love working with Jennifer, our Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Jennifer received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tampa in 2003 and joined Farrior Facial Plastic Surgery in 2009. She stays current and knowledgeable on the latest advancements in skincare and anti-aging, including Botox, injectable fillers, and laser for discoloration and scarring.

Jennifer is also a nationally Certified Family Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with previous experience that includes pediatrics, infectious disease, medical case management and aesthetic medicine. Jennifer is a Tampa native; she is married with one child.
Noel Rucker
Licensed Esthetician
Noel is the most vibrant, enthusiastic member of our team—she is passionate about skincare and driven to deliver beautiful, radiant results. Whether you’re seeking targeted treatments or an overall glow, Noel curates skincare programs tailored to your personal goals and budget.
Additional Reading
Combining over 20 years of medical experience with knowledge of the latest skincare trends and techniques, Noel expertly performs facials, peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, waxing, eyebrow shaping and other med spa services. She currently lives in Brandon with her three children.
Pat Van Bueren
Clinical Assistant
Pat is a Tampa native who recently returned home and has worked for Farrior Facial Plastics for 2 ½ years. She is the operating room circulator where she provides support to the surgical staff as needed.

She can also be found assisting Dr. Farrior with post-op patients after surgery, as well as helping at the front desk with administrative responsibilities. Pat has been around the medical profession all her life through family & her career. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family & friends, traveling, oil painting, reading & volunteering in the community.

What happens during your appointment
Our experienced, compassionate staff works with you to educate you about the procedure, learn your goals, screen your medical history and ensure you’re an ideal candidate for plastic surgery. We also take photos during your free consult to establish realistic expectations, right from the start. Our team uses advanced digital imaging software to show how you can benefit from facial plastic surgery. These images are yours to keep and are emailed to you after the consultation.
